Sure-Fi Inc. (“Sure-Fi,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it across our website, Pro Portal, admin tools, Facebook/Instagram integrations, and text messaging communications.
Information We Collect. We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, shipping and billing address, and business details; information you submit when you apply for or use a Sure-Fi Pro account, place an order, request a return (RMA), or register for training or projects; and information generated through your use of our services, such as order history, shipment tracking, and account activity. We also collect limited technical information automatically (see “Cookies and Analytics” below). When you or your business authorizes a connection, we receive information from Meta’s Facebook and Instagram APIs, which may include Page or Instagram business account identifiers, engagement metrics, and content you or we publish through those integrations. We do not store full payment card numbers; card details are collected and processed by our payment processor.
How We Use Information. We use collected data to operate and improve our website and services; verify your identity and sign you in to your Pro account; process and ship orders and returns; provide order, tracking, training, and project information in the Pro Portal; manage customer and partner relationships; provide support; publish and schedule approved content to connected social media accounts; send account-related, security, and transactional text messages and emails; measure website performance; and comply with legal obligations.
Facebook and Instagram Data. Data obtained through Meta’s Graph API is used solely to support the features you authorize, such as content publishing and performance insights, and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. We retain this data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Text Messaging Data. If you opt in to receive text messages from us (including through our GoTo Connect texting integration), we collect your mobile number and message content to deliver the communications you’ve requested.
If you apply for or use a Sure-Fi Pro account, we collect the contact and business information you provide and use it to verify you, administer Pro benefits, and give you access to the Pro Portal at sure-fi.com/pros, where you can view orders, shipment tracking, returns (RMAs), training, and projects. We verify your identity by sending a one-time passcode to the mobile number (or, where text delivery is not available, the email address) on file for your account. Passcodes are used only for sign-in and verification and are not marketing messages.
We use third-party providers to deliver our services. These include Stripe, which processes payments and receives the payment and billing information needed to complete your purchase; shipping carriers such as UPS, which receive names, addresses, and package details to deliver orders and returns and provide tracking; text-message delivery providers, which deliver one-time passcodes and account texts, including GoTo Connect for customer-support texting; Google, which provides website analytics; and Meta, for the Facebook and Instagram integrations described above. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us and as described in their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics to collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our website does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Data Sharing. We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our platform (such as Stripe, shipping carriers, Meta, and GoTo Connect) strictly to provide the services you’ve requested, or when required by law.
Data Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections to our website and one-time passcode verification for Pro accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain your account, fulfill orders and warranty or RMA obligations, meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Children. Our website and services are intended for business customers and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@sure-fi.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not to be treated differently for exercising your rights. You may also ask us to stop sending text messages by replying STOP. See the Data Deletion Instructions for details on removing data associated with Facebook or Instagram integrations.
Changes to This Policy. We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as by email or a notice in the Pro Portal.
