Printed Circuit Board Assemblies are carefully populated in-house using both SMT and Through-Hole Processes. To ensure precision, we utilize the latest Pick & Place equipment, followed by our dual-nozzle selective solder machinefor optimal efficiency. Additionally, any through-hole components that require hand-soldering are skillfully handled by one of our seasoned solder technicians. To maintain the highest quality standards, our techs strictly adhere to IPC-A-610 guidelines, ensuring every assembly meets industry benchmarks.
All personnel are fully qualified to operate the SMT equipment. To ensure compliance, we strictly follow IPC-9850 standards during production and exclusively use lead-free solder.
Furthermore, our equipment is designed to handle a wide range of SMD component sizes, from 0201 to 50mm x 150mm. With its high-speed capabilities, it can populate printed circuit boards at a rate of up to 42,000 CPH (Optimum) and 29,000 CPH (IPC-9850 standard), ensuring efficiency and precision in every assembly.
