Printed Circuit Board Assemblies are populated in house utilizing both SMT & Through Hole Processes. We have the latest Pick & Place equipment followed by our dual nozzle selective solder machine. Any through-hole components that require hand-soldering are accomplished by one of our seasoned solder techs. Our techs follow all IPC-A-610 standards.
All personnel are qualified to operate the SMT equipment. We follow all IPC-9850 standards during production and utilize only Lead-Free solder.
Our equipment is capable of populating printed circuit boards with SMD component sizes from 0201 – 50mm x 150mm at a rate of unto 42,000 CPH Optimum and 29,000 CPH IPC-9850 standard.
