What information does the Sure-Fi product and app collect?
Sure-Fi solution consists of a smartphone app and a hardware device (system) called Sure-Fi. These 2 devices operate together to open your garage.
In order to you use the Sure-Fi app, the Sure-Fi product and our backend services we need to collect some anonymous but also user identifiable information. The information gathered and used by our system is listed below.
Information about your deliveries
During the delivery PIN creation process the user is given the option to Name His delivery item (example Christmas Cards). All this information is gathered and displayed via the App on the users Smartphone. Additionally, we gather, collect and monitor all delivery related emails that are forwarded to us by the customer and/or customer created accounts.
How do we use the collected information?
We collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to improve the products and services that we deliver to you, enhance your experience on our site, provide you with informational and/or promotional materials that you might find interesting, and for internal business analysis and other business purposes consistent with this policy.

- if you purchase your Sure-Fi from our website, we collect your name, billing and shipping address and any other information necessary to complete the transaction.
